It's a perfect opportunity for a high-performing, enthusiastic dentist to come on board and make full use of the resources available to them – most Associates here are producing over 7 figures.
This private practice has multiple locations around Canberra and the ACT, giving you the flexibility to base yourself in one location or work at two or more clinics close by, if you'd like to.
You will have access to case discussions, guidance, and mentorship from a network of colleagues.
You'll also get your hands on a diverse range of treatments due to the diversity of patients, the locations, and the relatively high affluence of the population here.
Treatments include major restorative, implants, All-on-4, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, surgical/extractions, veneers, cosmetic, and Invisalign.
The practice has a very loyal patient base and high patient flow with a great reputation across the board.
This is a well-organised, well-run practice with a dedicated in-house support team who are always there to help and can provide admin and marketing support.

ABOUT YOU You are an experienced, growth-oriented, and patient-centric Dentist who prioritises patient education and quality care.Ideally, you have experience in performing implants and complex dentistry or have pursued further studies and seek hands-on experience.You value stability and aim to foster a loyal and growing patient base.You are a team player who enjoys collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers.You have a friendly chairside manner and the ability to communicate well, making patients feel comfortable.You are open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and are comfortable with general dental procedures.You have AHPRA registration without conditions.You hold current professional indemnity insurance.You possess a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things.Please note that we ensure privacy and confidentiality for every applicant About the recruiterYour application will include the following questions:
