THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a high-achieving and patient-centric senior Dentist? This is a rare opportunity with a high-end practice in the Castle Hill area specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.
You'll walk into a state-of-the-art 5-chair practice established over 20 years ago and count several thousand people as loyal patients.
The practice attracts a primarily affluent patient base and has a premium fee schedule (one of the highest in Sydney) – it is not a preferred provider either.
This popular practice has an enviable reputation for All-on-4, implants, aesthetic/cosmetic dentistry/smile makeovers, full mouth rehabs, prosthodontics and oral surgery. Of course there will be some general dentistry, including endodontics too.
You'll have the opportunity to get your hands on a large variety and volume of complex and high-value work servicing the Hills district community whilst earning higher than average Associate income.
You'll also be supported by a loyal, long-term team of Hygienists and Treatment Coordinators.
You will have access to CBCT, intraoral scanners and a few CEREC milling machines.
This opportunity has flexibility to start on 2, 2.5 or 3 days per week.

The clinic is not a preferred provider either Take over the books of an outgoing senior dentist who is relocating interstate Perform treatments in your preferred area whether implants, All-on-4, Invisalign, orthodontics, veneers, smile makeovers, full mouth rehabs (or all). If you want to do more implants or All-on-4, you'll have the opportunity to learn too – however you'll need to be able to perform endodontic treatments Work with a renowned, respected Principal Dentist who also trains dentists in implants with several academies Practice in an environment with high quality, high technical standards where shortcuts are not taken A well-run and organised environment that has clean, clear processes, providing a lower stress environment Be supported by a team of loyal, long-term Hygienists/Therapists, Treatment Coordinators and Das A beautiful, state-of-the-art premises located on the main road with high exposure Access to CBCT, intraoral scanners and several CEREC milling machines Future career path options may also be on the table, whether it is buy-in or other growth opportunities -
ABOUT YOU You are a high-performing, growth-oriented, patient-centric senior Dentist with at least 4-5+ years. You've worked in a high-end, comprehensive dental practice where the patient experience journey is paramount You have a passion and joy for dentistry. You're goal-oriented You care about patients and you are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder; You are highly experienced and expert with veneers, prosthetic and endodontics/root canals You have extensive experience with implants. If you need more guidance with implants, that may be an option too. You prioritise patient education and providing quality care You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures You have AHPRA registration without conditions You hold current professional indemnity insurance You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things -
