Dental Receptionist

About the Role:

Being the first point of contact for patients – greeting them, checking them in and ensuring a comfortable environment for them.
Managing enquiries, appointments, phone calls and emails.
Confirming dental appointments.
Processing payments and reconciling daily banking.
Liaising with dental labs and handling referrals.
General administration tasks and record keeping.
Experience with dental software (EXACT) preferred.

About You:

Prior experience in the medical/dental industry is essential.
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills.
Understanding treatment plans, procedures and fees is a huge bonus.
Excellent time management & organisational skills, ability to multitask.
Being computer literate.
Be flexible with days of work.
Have a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
