The Demo & Workshop Coordinator’s main responsibility it to manage and co-ordinate the end to end process regarding DEMO and Workshop/Cadaver bookings. This includes the management of the Demo & Workshop pool of stock, effective planning, scheduling of bookings and ensuring all bookings are delivered in full and on time.

Responsibilities include:

Internally, this position must develop relationships with Sales & Marketing in each product Division, and with key operations staff such as Demo & Workshop Kit Assembler, Customer Service, Master Data and our freight providers.
Work closely with the Demo/Workshop Planner in re-engineering the Demo/Workshop Process, key areas of focus are:-
Ensuring booked cases are picked packed and shipped as per booking instructions
Proactive communication across key stakeholders for the demo/workshop bookings
Ensuring booked cases are appropriately scheduled for
Robust check in/ receipting process ensuring sufficient inventory and instruments are available to pick for bookings
Maintain accurate and real time data integrity against inventory
Daily operational meetings with Demo/Workshop Team to ensure all bookings are covered and to drive efficiencies
Co-ordinating trial returns
Support the maintenance of bills of material e.g. surgeon preferences, consignment BOMs in conjunction with the Master Data team
Compliance of all team activities with company, legal, ethical and other standards
Driving a positive Customer Experience through delivering kits IN FULL (reducing To Follows where possible) and maintaining excellent communication with Customers.
Support the Annual Demo Sale in Q4, allocating stock, maintaining regular communication with Sales and communicating progress to the MEDSURG Director.
Other project and tasks as required from the Demo/Workshop Planner.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent Communication skills to work with a diverse range of internal and external customers
Computer skills – JDE or similar ERP system, and Windows applications including Work and Excel.
Logistical and planning skills
Critical thinking skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Strong results orientation with the ability to make quick, fact driven decisions.
Ability to work in a high technology environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
