This position will require you to understand the business objectives of our clients, identifying opportunities to add value, and having the ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical and non-technical) to implement digital marketing solutions and drive outcomes for the client. Data and analytics are at the core of what we do. To perform the role you must have an analytical and inquisitive mindset, to continuously improve the business insights that are surfaced. You must also be comfortable working in a client facing role with marketing and product teams. This role will also involve running workshops (from customer journey ideation to training workshops), meeting with stakeholders, and interacting with people from Performance, Email marketing, Brand and Content teams to deliver data and segmentation requirements, and make strategic recommendations for enhancing team capability and marketing outcomes. You are someone with: 1-3 years working in Digital Analytics (experience in Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is essential) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Math, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Psychology, etc.) Have strong communication and presentation skills Be a quick learner Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment Be able to travel interstate at short notice Preferred qualifications - An ideal candidate will have the following: Post-Graduate qualifications in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science Experience with Data Studio Experience with Google Tag Manager Experience with A/B Testing / personalisation tools such as Optimizely Experience with Google Marketing Platform integrations Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Why Deloitte Digital?
