About the position: Ensure every Mazda experience is memorable, and our customer experience is maximised Coordinate delivery and presentation of new vehicles to our customers Liaise with finance, PD and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of their new vehicle (full training provided) Provide ad hoc support as required About you: Strong understanding of how to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX) An ability to go the extra mile and deliver WOW experiences to customers Prior experience in a customer facing role Excellent personal presentation, communication abilities and teamwork mindset Meticulous attention to detail Ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner Previous experience in a fast paced environment Any exposure to the automotive industry advantageous, but not required Benefits: Commitment to development and mentoring from your team!
