A bit about the role… As the Defence Force Transition Administration Officer, you will complete the preliminary assessments of clients and implement determinations based on the Policy driven aspects of the Defence Force Transition Program (DFTP) and provide requested administrative and processing supports to the Joint Transition Authority.
You will be employed by BUSY and will sit in the Joint Transition Authority offices completing work on our behalf.
This role is full time, fixed term contract, based in Canberra.

About you… Minimum 5 years' experience in a previous administration role Demonstrated high-level ICT skills in particular the use of the Microsoft suite of programs Demonstrated ability to maintain databases and tracking document Experience in calendar management and record management systems Experience in data collection and report preparation Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check; Must be an Australian Citizen.
