As a Manager you will assist in: Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising and strategic reviews, IPO's and post-merger integration M&A activitiesInfluence and contribute to the decision making of key senior stakeholders through presentations and communications on deals proposals and structuresCollaborate with specialists across a range of disciplines (such as legal, tax and transaction services) to deliver an integrated deals solution for our clientsHarness stakeholder relationships developed through transaction execution and strong deal flow to be a key part of the origination of further M&A activitiesConduct financial analysis and build financial modelsCoach and develop junior team members.You will help our team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
This role offers you the opportunity to develop your execution and client coverage capabilities across a broad range of areas including M&A, strategic reviews and capital raisings.
As a Managerin our M&A team you will have: a background in M&A lead advisory with transactions experience in an investment bank, boutique consulting firm, big four consulting or corporate finance firmstrong technical, financial modelling and highly analytical skillset;strong business acumen and proven ability to manage the deal process;a team player with strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking skills;a strong sense of integrity and show care for the people you work with.It's time to move forward.
