Would you like to be a part of Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks' expansion? We're excited to announce the addition of our newest truck dealership, Patterson Cheney Isuzu Pakenham. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Truck Sales Executive like you to join our new team and contribute to our growth.

While Patterson Cheney Trucks Pakenham is being constructed, the selected candidate will work from the Patterson Cheney Trucks location in Keysborough. About the role:
As a proactive and creative team member reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be highly responsible for working with the team to establish and support our brand-new Patterson Cheney Trucks in Packenham.

Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining solid relationships with new and current customers in the transport industry.Promote and sell Isuzu Truck models catering to customers' needs.Providing expert advice and guidance on truck specifications, features, and benefits.Conducting truck demonstrations and test drives to showcase their capabilities.Preparing and presenting sales proposals and negotiating pricing and contracts.Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge. Who we are looking for: Previous truck sales experience will be ideal, or sales in the transport industry or capital equipment will be highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, but importantly, you will be solution-focused and understand the customer needs.Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.Experience with software systems (we use Pentana ERA software), but you can with MS Office.Valid heavy vehicle driver's license OR you are eligible and willing to obtain one.Our benefits: Competitive salary package, with a base salary with uncapped commissions.Brand new facility with the tools and resources to help set you up for success.You will receive specialised training via the manufacturer and dealership.We offer outstanding career growth opportunities and access to group dealership discounts.Job security with a strong and growing independent family-owned business.You will be eligible for our Employee Assistance Program.We host monthly food truck events for our employees.How do I apply?
