This pivotal role released as an 18-month contract, will oversee the lifecycle of data products from ideation to execution and own the relationships with external vendors to manage data sharing agreements, negotiate engagement opportunities with potential data partners and lead the data product development roadmap for LeavePlus.Skills And ExperiencesReporting to the Data and Analytics Manager you will take pride in owning and negotiating data relationships with external vendors while managing data sharing agreements. These will be unearthed by you after exploring engagement opportunities across potential data partners to improve the operation and regulation of our Scheme.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for data product developmentDesign and drive best practice and compliance to enable data productizationExplore engagement opportunities with potential data partners for improved service offeringsWork closely with internal and external stakeholder to gather requirements, prioritise features and define success metricsSupport a high performing data team to execute on product roadmap and Data and Analytics strategyOversee design, development and deployment of data productsDrive collaboration with internal technology experts to integrate data products into existing systems and infrastructureMeasure the impact of data products on business metrics and adjust based on feedback and performance monitoringSkills Required:Experienced contract, partner and vendor managerProven success engaging and establishing data partnershipsDemonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretationOutstanding project management and leadership skillsData visualisation experienceExposure and experience with Agile methodologies in product developmentUnderstanding of data privacy, security and compliance requirementsExemplary verbal, listening and written communication skillsSuccessful delivery of complex data products or solutions from concept to launchProven success driving product strategy crafted from market insights and customer feedbackQualifications:Previous data team leadership or product managementFamiliarity with data governance principles and best practiceJoin Our Team: If you thrive in a strategic environment and are an analytical problem solver then this new opportunity is for you.
