Role Overview : As a Data Migration lead for our Core Banking Transformation , you will apply your leadership redefine the future of the bank.
This high-impact role involves overseeing the migration of our bank's processes, customers, and staff to a new core banking platform.
You will work closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and partners to ensure the program's success, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities : Program Leadership : Lead the end-to-end execution of the core banking transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Stakeholder Management : Engage with senior executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to communicate program objectives, progress, and risks. Planning & Execution : Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure resources are allocated effectively and risks are mitigated. Team Coordination : Oversee a multidisciplinary team, including IT, operations, customer service, and external vendors, to deliver program milestones. Change Management : Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition for customers and staff, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely program documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk logs. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of program management experience, with a strong track record in leading large-scale transformations within the banking or financial services sector. Core Banking Knowledge : Deep understanding of core banking systems, migration processes, and the associated business and technical challenges. Leadership : Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors in a complex, dynamic environment. Project Management Expertise : Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools. Stakeholder Engagement : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization. Change Management : Expertise in driving change management initiatives, including training, communication, and support strategies.
