About the Role We are working with a company in the events management space that is seeking a Data Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving delegate acquisition for industry-leading events.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, agile team where your impact is huge, your ideas and contributions will directly shape event success.
Using data insights, targeted campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies, you will engage and convert potential attendees.
Working collaboratively with the team, you will help optimise delegate acquisition and enhance event success through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Identify and segment high-value delegate audiences using data insights.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels.
Build and maintain accurate prospect lists to optimise audience engagement.
Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and SEO.
Create compelling EDMs, automated email workflows, and impactful marketing materials.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to enhance lead tracking and conversion.
Collaborate with sales, production, and external partners to align strategies and expand delegate reach.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, delegate acquisition, or a data-driven role.
Experience with EDM creation, email marketing, and automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Experience using HubSpot.
Hands-on experience in social media campaigns, digital advertising, and audience segmentation.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
