The aim of the role is to drive the delivery and implementation of MLA's Data Strategy.
As a Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring data analytics is a lever of growth and developing the analytics practice to ensure we lift the company's data maturity through data-driven insights.
You will lead and manage a team of data analysts to unlock and amplify value from data.
Responsibilities include:
Extract, manipulate and analyze data; code and extract data for product analytics using Teradata SQL, Ms Excel, Ms Access, and other tools to make quantitative and qualitative decisions for risk identification.Communicate effectively when presenting data and insights to a variety of stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective reporting and insights initiatives.Leverage data analytics tools for data visualization and reporting.Minimum requirements include knowledge and experience in Data Governance & Data Quality, as well as experience in developing, operationalizing, and embedding people data and analytics solutions.
