Data Insight Analyst

RepairLink is looking for a Data Insight Analyst to join their Advocacy & Oversight team. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of customer feedback data.
The position requires meeting operational and regulatory reporting needs while working with various systems and data teams to provide comprehensive data insights.
A key focus is on optimizing customer complaint understanding and supporting business users through detailed reporting and documentation.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Provide expertise in Tableau reporting, offering training and self-service support Communicate changes in projects and programs to large business user groups Promote routine complaint handling in banking and insurance sectors Document data dictionaries, FAQs, and user guides on platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, and Collibra Articulate business problems and update procedure guides and SOPs Deliver BAU reports and build/deploy Enterprise-level Tableau dashboards and datasets Identify improvement areas for better complaints understanding Navigate data and insights systems such as DB servers, AWS, SQL, and Tableau dashboards This role comes with the following benefits: Flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer leave, and unlimited paid emergency response leave Discounts and offers on retail stores and insurance products Community support with payroll giving, donation matching, and paid volunteer leave Ongoing study support and career development programs Work/life balance with an employee assistance program and dedicated employee council This role requires you to have: Advanced business intelligence skills including Tableau, dashboard design, deployment, and maintenance End-to-end data journey understanding Experience with Tableau and MS SharePoint Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Confluence, and Collibra Strong stakeholder influencing ability and change management skills Excellent communication for reporting to leadership and external audiences You would benefit from having: 2+ years of data analyst experience Knowledge of SQL or Python coding Suncorp is committed to a diverse, talented, and passionate workforce.
