The Data Office is directly responsible for improving the data maturity of the group through the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality services at an enterprise level and scale. Your role as the Data Governance Specialist will see you engage with Data Partners and Projects to ensure that data governance standards are adopted, adhered to, and able to be monitored.Still not excited? It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:Demonstrated knowledge of Data Management frameworks and practices including Data Governance: DAMA, APRA CPG-235 (desired but not essential – we can train you up if needed!)Business engagement experience with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive fundamental shifts in behaviour to deliver positive change.Certified Data Management and/or Certified Information Professional is desirable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.And most importantly….
