Job Description Data entry: Accurately input and transpose data related to vehicle details, inventory, and household goods into the system.
Assist in preparing quote requests: Work alongside the team to gather and verify the necessary details (addresses, inventory, and specific requirements) for the creation of Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
Check and verify Information: Ensure all details are accurate before submitting them for quotes.
General administrative support: Assist in organising and preparing the necessary documents for procurement activities.
The Successful Applicant Previous experience in a similar data entry role, particularly within a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
