By leveraging our patented AI technology to optimise media delivery in real time, we drive measurable uplift for business outcomes across brand lift, purchase intent, consideration, food traffic and sales.What We NeedWe are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our small BI team and take the initiative on building and maintaining an internal BigQuery database to support Tableau and enable our BI users to make better-informed decisions. Today we have data stored in a combination of locations: Clickhouse, Postgres, Elastic Search, Salesforce etc. Users either use the reporting capability within our products, which was designed to support clients track their activity rather than for detailed internal BI, or use one or more ad hoc extracts pulled into Tableau.You will identify opportunities to improve the process.What You'll Be DoingPartnering with our Product Team, you will identify the core data required within the platform (based on the needs from Finance, Business Development and Operations teams).Analysing and organising the raw data from different sources.Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture exposing data from our databases into Tableau.Creating data systems and pipelines to ensure data is current and accurate.Exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability.Working with other engineers to create a Tableau reporting environment.You'll have3+ years experience in a data engineering role.Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.Exceptional organisational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with a range of database technologies including BigQuery, Clickhouse, Postgres and ElasticSearch.Experience with Tableau or ThoughtSpot.Experience in AdTech or another data-intensive sector.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Flexible working schedule and the hybrid type of work.Annual performance bonus (up to 10%).Training budget.One month of workation (you can work from any part of the world for one month).
