This critical role will lead the design and implementation of RTWSA's enterprise-wide data architecture, supporting their ambitious digital goals and enabling scalable, secure, and flexible data management solutions across the organisation. About the Role As the Data Architect , you will oversee the design and integration of their cloud-based data platforms, manage data flow across multiple systems, and ensure that the architecture aligns with RTWSA's business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategy. You will play a key role in integrating Salesforce data, leading data strategy alignment, and ensuring data governance, security, and compliance. Key responsibilities of your role include: Lead the design of an enterprise-wide data architecture during a large-scale digital transformation program Lead Salesforce Data Integration Oversee the data strategy alignment Oversee integration and management of data solutions and governance frameworks Ensure data security and compliance Facilitate evaluation of technology and tools Develop and communicate data architecture documentation Foster collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships This role will be a full-time fixed term contract for 2 years. About You You are a Data Architect with proven experience in: Designing and implementing enterprise-wide data architectures, including cloud-based platforms Expertise in data integration, particularly with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks Experience with cloud migration, hybrid environments, and modern data architecture best practices is essential, as well as familiarity with tools like Alation for metadata management Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications Experience in a large-scale digital transformation Inclusion and acceptance Return To Work SA is an equal opportunity employer, valuing difference and embracing diversity.
