Let's talk about the roles and responsibilities

As a Data Analyst within OCV (One Customer View), you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover insights that inform business decisions.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing analytical support and enabling smarter, faster decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources (internal databases, external data sources, APIs, etc.)
and ensure it is clean, accurate, and complete for analysis.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Business Insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business goals and improve operational efficiencies.Data Modeling & Visualization: Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases (e.g., Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle).Collaboration: Work closely with business units, engineers, and other teams to understand requirements and provide relevant insights.KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress toward organizational goals.Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems.
Troubleshoot data quality issues as they arise.Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by leadership or business units to support ongoing initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large relational databases (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.Knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.About Capgemini
