This pivotal role is integral to the design, implementation, and continuous growth of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across various business domains, including Finance, Supply Chain, Field Services, and Asset Management.Leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 to help drive the roadmap and ensure the platform is set up for long-term success. You will act as a product expert, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs and strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are passionate about delivering impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation: Lead workshops to assess business requirements, design tailored solutions and guide the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.End-to-End Delivery: Support all phases of the project lifecycle—Plan, Analyse, Design, Build, Data Migration, and Deployment.Integration: Utilize Power Automate Flows to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and tools.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, team leads, and vendors to resolve technical issues, deliver fixes, and enhance product quality.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.Risk Management: Proactively identify risks related to business, project, technical, and support aspects and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project stages.Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, following KPIs and testing protocols.To be considered for this role you will have / be:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.Certifications in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (desirable).Additional certifications in Dynamics 365 business domains (e.g., Finance & Operations, Field Service, Business Central) are highly desirable.Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in Field Services, Finance (Finance and Operations or Business Central), Supply Chain, and Asset Management.Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and knowledge of Power Automate Flows and experience with data migration.Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative practices (Desirable).Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Azure, SSIS, Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Dual Write, and MS Flows.Full Australian working rights.What's on offer:Exciting opportunity to grow & work within a fun and supportive IT team.Permanent secure role within a growing FM organisation.Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week).Free onsite parking when in office.If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.Please apply by sending an updated resume and cover letter.
