Cybersecurity Manager

Cybersecurity Manager | Newly created roleAbout the RoleKinetic Group is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing governance of the organisation's cyber security strategy. The role will support the organisation in achieving ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certification, oversee risk and compliance efforts, and enhance group-wide cyber maturity.
What You Will DoLead and manage the information security governance framework, including policies, risk registers, and security control mapping aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.Maintain and improve the organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS).Coordinate and support ISO 27001 and PCI DSS audits.Define, monitor, and report on security KPIs, control effectiveness, and risk metrics.Conduct cyber risk assessments and support vendor risk management.Oversee security awareness programs, training, and stakeholder education.Collaborate with the Cyber Security Program Manager, IT, Legal, Procurement, and external consultants to ensure compliance and alignment.Support incident response planning, execution, and reviews.What You Will NeedProven experience in information security, GRC, or IT risk management roles.Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls.Experience with ISMS management, risk assessments, and internal audits.Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, VM platforms, GRC tools) is advantageous.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CRISC are preferred.Experience in regulated or multi-region environments is a plus.About usAt Kinetic, we aim to create positive change for our planet through sustainable transport.
