Cyber Visibility Automation EngineerSNSW Grade 9/101 x Ongoing Full-TimeHeadquarters is McKellAs the Cyber Visibility Automation Engineer, you will provide offensive security and automation services to protect the organisation and provide visibility into potential gaps and misconfigurations that undermine the security posture.Responsibilities:Developing, maintaining, and implementing automation solutions.Supporting the maintenance of vulnerability and attack surface tooling.Collaborating with DevSecOps / Governance, Assurance, Risk, and Architecture functions.Visualising critical and high vulnerabilities within the organisation.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in automating governance and supporting the offensive team to test our controls and enhance our overall security posture. They will be proficient in working within a complex digital environment that employs agile methodologies.We are seeking a highly skilled engineer who has worked with various attack surface tools and has substantial automation, dashboarding, and continuous scanning experience. They will be familiar with merging various threat feeds to provide visibility over our threat landscape. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to distil highly complex scenarios into plain English for C-suite executives and engineering SMEs. Excellent people, communication (both written and verbal) skills are essential. They will need to be organised and work effectively within a dynamic team, with a passion for offensive security, keeping abreast of the latest developments and trends and applying them within the team.The candidate must be a self-starter, able to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making well-informed decisions in fast-paced environments.Salary: Service NSW Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $122,017 base plus superannuation.Closing Date: Friday 22nd November 2024 at 9:59am
