With a strong foothold as a market leader in delivering major Transport Infrastructure projects in Australia, DT Infrastructure continues to secure new work and expand its reputation into other markets.The Role: The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for developing and expanding the cybersecurity strategy and capabilities within the Rail Systems Engineering business unit, focusing on Critical Infrastructure within the Transport, Energy, and Water markets.The role involves transforming the network engineering culture into Operational Technology (OT) security expertise, establishing OT cybersecurity offerings across advisory, engineering, and managed services, and creating training pathways aligned with the cybersecurity service offerings.The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for brand awareness within DT Infrastructure and our client markets. This will involve establishing strategic partnerships with vendors of cyber protection platforms (e.g. Clarity, Nozomi and Dragos) for OT assets associated with Critical Infrastructure and developing relationships with local resellers and system integrators.Key Responsibilities:Security Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of secure OT architecture, ensuring all systems are resilient against cyber threats.Develop and Implement Cyber Security Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive cyber security strategies tailored to the unique needs of operational technology environments.Vulnerability Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and implement mitigation measures to protect Critical Infrastructure in the Transport, Energy and Water Markets.Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and technical support on cybersecurity matters to clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring that all inquiries and challenges are addressed effectively and aligned with best practices and company standards.Skills Management: Responsible for managing the competency, accreditation, and training and development needs of the cybersecurity team members.About You:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in cybersecurity, specifically in operational technology environments or critical infrastructure sectors such as rail, energy, or utilities.Industry recognised cybersecurity accreditations. Previous experience in a technical, client-facing role within the OT environment, such as technical client management, project management, solutions architecture, or presales.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Employee Benefits:Remuneration - Competitive salary + company benefits including Paid Parental Leave, External Study Financial Assistance, Salary Sacrifice Superannuation, Novated Leasing, Employee Assistance Program, Corporate Discounts, Health & Wellness initiatives.Work From Home - Hybrid working arrangements and work life balance.The Culture - We recognise the value of each persons' input and celebrate the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and culture.
