As our Cyber Security Incident Response Lead, you'll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.

– $187,011 inclusive of 11.5% superannuation
This role reports to Head of Cyber Security and is responsible for managing and coordinating the organisation's response to cyber security incidents and uplifting incident response practices to ensure the organisation is prepared to effectively handle and recover from future cyber security incidents.

Your key responsibilities Cyber incident response: Lead and coordinate the Cyber team response during incidents, ensuring timely identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. Also conduct post-incident analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, updating response plans. Plan and coordinate regular cyber incident response simulation exercises and ensure learnings are incorporated into improvement plans. Maintain and improve the Cyber Incident Response Plan. Security awareness: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security awareness program that aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. You will need to refine training needs based on best practice and new threats. Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Regularly assess the effectiveness of awareness programs (through phishing simulations, training courses, tests, surveys, etc.). What we're looking for Experience in a cyber incident response role, including handling incidents and simulated incidents. Ability to manage a security awareness program for an organisation.
