The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Compiler to join a professional team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customs knowledge, with a clear path toward mastering classification skills.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate customs entries through thorough evaluation and compiling.
Coordinate customs clearance documentation with overseas agents, customers, and internal teams.
Monitor transshipment movements and update details in the CargoWise One (CW1) system.
Verify and process packing declarations.
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, and internal staff to ensure seamless operations.
Execute pre-clearances within specified deadlines.

To thrive in this role, youll need 1-2 years of experience in a customs compiling or classification role.
Completion of or enrollment in a Diploma of Customs Broking.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and requirements.
A proactive, organized, and efficient work style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Experience with CargoWise (highly regarded).
Full Australian working rights.
