Customer Specialist

Details of the offer

Your New Role: Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in-home clinical and care services that meet the needs of the wider community. Working within our Sales Team as one of our Customer Specialist Representatives, you will work closely with our Business Development Partners to facilitate and support the growth of our Home Health business. You will primarily be making outbound calls to prospective and current customers to support them in transitioning to a Home Care Package. Using a customer-centric model, you will support people in understanding the value of our Home Health services and why Australian Unity is the right provider for them.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position that offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
What your new role looks like: Proactively contact our pipeline customers to establish where they are in their Home Care journey and identify next action steps. Assist current customers with their transition to Home Care Package Funding. Identify client problems and provide solutions using your knowledge of all the Australian Unity Home Health services available. Consistently track the pipeline through their journey, provide education, information and assist as needed to perform the tasks necessary to progress them. Database remediation, review of customer information and actioning of referrals in line with regulatory service requirements. Develop superior knowledge of Australian Unity products, service offering and consult with customers to match the best outcome. Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. Upsell, cross sell and promote all services and products across the Australian Unity brands and refer as needed. About you: A salesperson who can identify needs and match these with solutions, communicate the value of what you are offering and develop trusted relationships. Passionate about helping people and aligning to our values of being Warm, Bold & Honest. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and confident using technology systems (Microsoft office products, cloud applications etc). A commitment to continual learning and linking this to optimise outputs. Previous experience within the Aged Care industry and customer sales environments is highly regarded, but not necessary. Work autonomously and without supervision to achieve targets. Proactive and able to adapt to changing ways of working and process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage people from CALD backgrounds. Click APPLY or contact Chris Rode at ****** for a confidential discussion.
Australian Unity is an Equal Opportunity employer, and we encourage applications from all members of the community, including people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and mature aged people.
