You will lead and manage a dynamic, supportive and successful team supporting the Residential and Commercial Sales teams.
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will work in a close-knit sales administration team and liaise regularly with Account Managers, Selections teams, Suppliers and our Warehouse. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with our trade accounts and franchises to manage orders.
Your key responsibilities will include: Be driven to provide superior customer service Lead a customer service focussed team to provide outstanding service levels To build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure administration and selection processes are completed in a timely and effective manner Manage and communicate customer feedback for consistent improvement Have a friendly and approachable personality Have the ability to relate to people at all levels Have a strong work ethic and a 'lead by example' approach Requirements for the role: Be a customer service superstar!
