The Customer Service Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for the delivery of a superior customer service experience through efficient processing, flexible application of standard work, and accurate data entry. This position is part of the Customer Service department located in Sydney and will be an office-based role.
What you will do:
Ensure high-quality Customer Service process execution (Order Entry, technical order classification, financial order classification, Order management, invoicing, manage credit and returns, coordinate shipments and customs clearance). Interface with all internal and external customers (Marketing, Sales, Service, Supply chain, etc.) to ensure on-time and high-quality order fulfilment. Answer all questions and ensure correspondence with internal and external customers on all topics related to Order Management. Work in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomalies. Who you are:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service/order processing role. Previous experience in Logistics, with knowledge of importing and exporting goods in ANZ. Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) – Oracle preferred. Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Excel. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Interest in learning about technical aspects of our products (to support customer enquiries and order processing). Experience working with supply chain or logistics.
