Description :1. Job Purpose: Responsible for delivering world class Customer Service to all external and internal customers. Duties and tasks include Order Management, CRM Data Management, Incoming Calls, Price & Availability, Sales, and Admin support to G&A and Commercial Teams.2.Primary Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls & Sales Support
First point of contact for inbound calls
Manage customer queries on product Price, Availability, and Lead Times based on information from the Oracle system
First point of contact for CRM leads and data input
Manage Distributor Registration Program
Answer Tier 1 technical enquiries
Transfer Technical and Accounts related queries received through switch or by email to appropriate department/personnel
Order Management (OM) & Customer Service
Enter customer purchase orders in Oracle system. This includes warranty related orders, customer’s Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Pro-Forma Invoices for Cash in Advance (CIA) customers

Processing of training related customer invoices and rebates in Oracle system. This includes admin assistance to Finance and Marketing Teams

Manage and maintain pricing matrix

Preparation and distribution of customer backorder reports to channel partners in Excel format.

Act as an information source on status of factory and customer backlogs, product returns, replacements, and inbound and outbound shipment delivery schedules

Adhoc Responsibilities
Adhoc responsibilities as required from time to time

Qualifications

:Experience and Qualification:
1.3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Entry, or similar roles2.Qualification in Customer Service, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar3.Electrical / engineering experience preferred4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service Attitude5.Proficient in Microsoft 365. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Knowledge of Powerpoint preferable but not essential6.Experience in ERP system such as Oracle or SAP.7.Experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce8.Highly energetic and a high level of pro-activeness and flexibility9.Highly Organized, “Can Do Attitude”, Attention to Detail10.Can work with cross functional teams and retain good inter relationships with customers and suppliersFortive Corporation Overview:Fortive is a diversified industrial growth company comprised of global businesses that are recognized leaders in attractive markets.
