Join our concrete/aggregates business based in our Milton Office and be part of a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
Be the key link between customer, plant, and logistics, ensuring our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.
Our call centres are open 5am until 4pm daily, and we stagger shifts between those times.
This role might suit an early starter, or someone wanting to work between school hours, for example.
We are flexible with arrangements, however, looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join our high performing, fun team.
Your core responsibilities will be –  Provide exceptional customer service by scheduling & allocating jobs effectively  Ensure work is allocated to maximise customer expectations & minimise logistics costs  Be the key liaison bringing stakeholder requirements together in an effective schedule where customer service, allocators, plants and logistics are working together to ensure deliveries and jobs are executed smoothly and, in a cost effective manner   Adjust schedules to accommodate changing customer or business requirements & effectively problem solving when issues impacting schedule and delivery arise Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage all stakeholder requirements and expectations The skills and experience you will need to succeed in this role include – Experience in customer service/scheduling/allocating or logistics administration  Great if you have experience in concrete or aggregates (desirable, however not essential) Able to effectively problem solve in a fast-paced team environment  Exceptional communication skills be confident in your decision making  Able to work to tight deadlines and adjust plans and schedules  You are a "relationship building" superstar Holcim People We offer an inclusive environment, where our people feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work.
