Job Coaches work with our clients to support them into sustainable employment.
Day to day, you'll be meeting with clients, helping them with their resume and job applications, contacting employers and referring them to training courses or other health supports.
We provide full training; we're looking for people that: Have compassion Have a genuine belief that works for everyone Are problem solvers Are resilient and enjoy a challenge We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.
