Our Project Planning team is looking for an experienced residential construction professional to join us as a Customer Service Representative, Pre-Site, also known as Pre-Site Project Planner, (Fixed-Term) at our Mt Waverley office.
About your new career As part of our close-knit Project Planning team, you'll play a key role in guiding customers through the exciting journey of building their perfect Henley home. You'll use your customer-focussed mindset and strong administration skills to ensure a smooth, seamless experience, both for our customers and our internal teams.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by guiding customers through what can be a complex and emotional process. You'll play a key role in coordinating all aspects of the build, from managing weekly workflows, handling orders, appointments, and permits, to preparing contracts and variations. Working closely with multiple teams, you'll streamline processes and ensure smooth project progression, contributing to the successful delivery of each project from start to finish.
