Due to the continual growth of our business, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service Rep to join our team based in Tamworth. About the Role This part-time position reports directly to the Office Manager and requires a proven background in customer service and administration.
The role will require the following: Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.Process invoices in the system.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Generating sales revenue through inbound calls.Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying.Ad-hoc general administrative tasks as required.About you To ensure your success, you will possess the following:
