Qualification: At least 2 years of college education, no degree required.Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.Must be willing to work in a dynamic, shifting schedule.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently.Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer experience.Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
