Customer Service Representative - Credit Management About Us: We are Australia's leading credit management solution provider, helping businesses improve their cash flow and reduce debtor days.

Our web-based platform and professional services have earned us a reputation as an industry pioneer in credit management and debt collection.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (Sydney/NSW time)

Job Description: Connect with clients via phone and email to assist with overdue invoice management
Guide clients through our online credit management platform
Process payments and maintain accurate account records
Support clients in maximizing the benefits of our credit management tools
Identify opportunities for clients to improve their collections process
Collaborate with our collections team to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide exceptional customer service with target response times under 5 minutes
RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Based in Australia and able to work AEST business hours
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred
Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
They will handle their own benefits and taxes.
The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
