THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a passionate and inspired Customer Service Representative to join our team as they deliver high-quality service to our Sydney Scape residents.
This position offers variety, ensuring no two days are the same as you deliver quality service to make residents' stays memorable.
As the successful Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact and be directly responsible for the provision of front-of-house engagement, support, and administrative services to all residents, stakeholders, and visitors.
The role of Customer Service Representative requires:
