We're seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Brickworks office in Warana, Queensland.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquiries across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Duties include but are not limited to: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails.Represent Brickworks as a front-line company representative, contributing to business development and growth.Support Sales Representatives as required.Complete accurate data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries.Ensure office, work areas and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean and presentable.Success Requirements: Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.Why join us?
