Apply now Job no: 493143 Work type: Full-time Location: Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Boxhill, Dandenong Categories: Collections, Customer Service Working as a Customer Services Representative, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers.
You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored solutions based on the customers' unique situation.
In this role, you will: Manage inbound & outbound customer callsInvestigate, identify and establish customers' financial situationsProvide tailored solutions and outcomesAction interaction file notes for every callAdhere to compliance frameworksIf you have customer service experience in a face-to-face or contact centre environment, have a fantastic attitude and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
