Customer Service Representative Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services.
We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
The successful applicant will be working with a supportive and friendly team and speaking with our valued customers every day.
Inbound calls will be relating to product inquiries, status of orders and returns, and quotes.
Another aspect of the role includes outbound calls to customers informing them of the status of their orders or follow up actions.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Deal with inbound correspondence Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries Conduct all activities in accordance with requirements of ALH's Quality Management System Key sales orders received via email, online, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner Are you a MATCH? Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided Excellent phone manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy Administrative and Sales experience (desirable) Computer literate with the entire Google suite Strong verbal and written communication skills A 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
