We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policies.
