About the Role HB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's growing team. As a national leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering high-quality precast concrete products, our client is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders and queries professionally and promptly via phone, email, or in-person.Qualify customer needs, influence and negotiate expectations, and share information about production timing and inventory availability.Maintain detailed records of interactions, enquiries, and actions using existing systems.Ensure timely handover of product/delivery elements to the Transport Coordinator.Collaborate with Sales Representatives to understand key projects, stakeholders, and delivery agreements.Track project progress, schedule follow-ups, and update delivery schedules.Create quotes and follow through to win/lose.Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining causes, selecting solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.Purchase and manage stock levels of resale products.Identify and contribute to business process improvements.Support the branch with administrative tasks as required.Requirements and Qualifications Licences: Current and unrestricted driver's licence; a valid forklift licence is an advantage.Minimum Qualifications/Experience: At least 3 years' experience in the building/construction industry or related fields (manufacture/supply chain); sales or customer relationship management experience is desirable, but not essential.About the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, including excellent listening, questioning, and writing abilities.
