We stand for innovation, smart solutions, and sustainability!Discover the Opportunity….Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Rocklea (Queensland).The key focus of this role will be to:Providing high level customer service support and administration support to both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.Utilizing our various applications to set up customers into our system and liaise with them regarding their order specifications.Management of cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.Providing prompt communication to suppliers and customers regarding order status when required.Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers.We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves. We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.For this role, we would ideally like you to have:Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment.Experience in using CRM systems is required.Experience using SAP databases and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly regarded.Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (includes phone and email communication).Ability to prioritize important activities and problem solve.The ability to remain calm under pressure.Confident in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues.Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
