About the role: Undertake all customer service functions including the professional and courteous management of customer enquiries and incoming phone call management. Ensure an efficient and productive Centre Management office environment e.g., office equipment serviced and maintained, office supplies maintained, management of lost property. Ensure you operate within a safe and efficient environment where the health, welfare, and safety of our staff and customers is a priority. Database management/merging letters/obtaining reports/tenant invoice distribution (as requested). Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants' requests. Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer-related queries that call or come to the CMO. Assist with administrative tasks and projects as required, including but not limited to maintaining registers, booking travel, minute taking, and providing detailed reporting. About you: Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. Strong communication skills. Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel desirable. Professional, efficient, responsive, and well-presented. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. So, what's in it for you?
