Customer Service Rep

Location: Brisbane, CBD Employment Type: Full-time 4 Month contract with possibility for permanency Salary: $33.50 an hour plus super This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Job Details: Location: Brisbane CBD Employment type: 4 months contract with potential for extension and permanency Hours: Full time Salary: $33.50p/h plus super Job Duties and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Process card orders, returns, and refunds.
Manage card stock distribution and quality audits.
Maintain inventory records and provide weekly stock reports.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
Organize mail and parcel pickups.
Perform general administrative tasks (mailing, filing, etc.).
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
General Duties: Comply with company policies on quality, safety, and security.
Attend team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
Support audits and follow Human Resources procedures.
Other tasks as requested.
Skills and Experience Essential: Previous experience in a similar role Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in data entry and quick to learn new systems.
Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Personal Qualities Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Team player with a focus on high-quality work.
