About the role: Permanent full-time position starting 12th Aug 2024 37.5 hours each week across Mon-Fri on a roster from 8am-7pm 67k PA + 14.5% super (and heaps more employee benefits!) Embark on an exciting 8-week training journey onsite in their vibrant Hobart hub Picture yourself engaging with members through various channels, including phone calls (both inbound and outbound), email, and Live Chat. You're not just providing assistance; you're empowering our members to make informed decisions by offering education and unwavering support.
From day one, you'll be paired with a knowledgeable mentor, ensuring you're not just learning the ropes but diving headfirst into an enriching experience.
The training program unfolds gradually – transitioning from grasping the fundamentals of the super world, earning your RG146 qualification, phone call sessions, and buddy shadowing. As you progress, brace yourself for an upskilling adventure and explore a world of knowledge via E-learns, seamlessly navigate the intricacies of web chats, emails as you then delve into the more complex dimensions of your role.

Who are we looking for? Someone with a minimum of 6-12 months recent Customer Service experience (within last two years). Superannuation and/or Financial Services or contact
centre experience is beneficial but not a must. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service even if that means staying on the phone a little longer A natural conversationalist, with a strong ability to empathise, understand member's needs and provide tailored solutions Team contributor: Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
