They have a long-term partnership with a leading global energy company, which allows them to provide world-class service to their customers.Job DescriptionTake customer orders via phone and email, input them into the Business Central ERP and complete the necessary paperwork.Provide quotes, handle customer queries including pricing and reporting issues, and escalate when needed.Maintain customer accounts by updating cards, correcting applications, and reconciling accounts.Perform counter sales and process invoices for other strategic distributors, coordinating deliveries.Print in-house lube stickers as needed, order from Cohesion, and manage the back order report weekly.Handle payments for cash sales through online portal and EFT terminal, ensuring details are updated in the EFTPOS payment sheet.Provide backup and relief for other customer service positions as required.The Successful ApplicantTake proactive steps to prevent product, process, and quality system non-conformities, and take corrective actions within their authority.Consistently act in a professional manner with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, adhering to all OHS, quality, and environmental policies.Communicate positively and solutions-focused, effectively managing pressure and competing priorities.Display a collaborative teamwork style, engaging in respectful and constructive team discussions while upholding honesty and integrity.What's on OfferFree On-Site Parking12 month FTC with benefits of salaryGreat tenure within businessFantastic culture!
