About the Role
To help us spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team, reporting to our Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for the processing of incoming orders received via EDI, email and allocated seasonal orders.
In this role, you'll be the vital link that ensures seamless collaboration between our Sales and Finance teams and our customers. You'll serve as the case management expert, skilfully resolving customer order challenges and addressing pricing inquiries, playing a crucial role in the cohesion of our diverse team.
This role operates in the fast lane, where your responsibilities will encompass various facets, including order processing, addressing internal and external customer queries, generating reports, overseeing general administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations, much like the satisfying melt of Lindt chocolate in your mouth.
What you will bring
A wealth of experience in customer order processing.
Previous experience in a similar role and or relevant industry experience.
Proficiency utilising SAP, a minimum of a 3 years proven effective system use.
Familiarity with EDI order processing.
A self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
A knack for conflict resolution, precise data entry, adept problem-solving, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Outstanding collaborative communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, persuasion, and constructive engagement.
Mastery of time management, excelling in multitasking and prioritisation.
Competency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
The adaptability to perform efficiently, especially during peak seasonal periods, from October to April.
