Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities: Responsible for Customer Service daily activities and projects including, but not limited to, all aspects related to materials, customers, and vendors.Receive and process customer orders, complete contract reviews of orders confirming receipt and full details with the customer, and advise of any customer variations to the original order including price or stock availability.Ensure all relevant customs and duties recorded with the sale of the product are maintained as applicable with specific customers.Prepare delivery requests with correct customer order information and communicate with third-party logistics providers to authorize delivery of goods.Ensure delivery requests are processed promptly and accurately through confirmation of receipt, provision of Certificates of Analysis with delivery requests, and obtaining signed proof of delivery forms from the store where required.
