The 20-strong team specialises in fast repairs, with a solid stream of work at all times.
Facilities include pulling gear, a Car-O-Liner system and two spray booths.
The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Enoggera.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival.
Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs   Does this sound like you?
