Due to continuous growth in the Business, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer / Hire Controller to join our Brisbane based Operations Team.  Our team of Customer Service Officers play a key role in delivering professional and reliable service to our customers.  Working in the hub of the business, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, coordinating equipment allocations and solving daily logistical challenges.
This position will report to our Customer Service Manager and work closely with our Transport, Sales and Service Teams.  Access Hire Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Contribute to the smooth running of the Height 4 Hire Office, maintaining a focus on Safety, Customer Service and Record Keeping.Answer telephone calls and taking equipment orders.Monitor and respond to emails and other customer enquiries.Accurately and efficiently complete a range of data entry tasks utilising various databases and systems. Assist with Customer Service issues in a timely manner including correct paperwork and completion of Hire Contracts.Contribute to transport allocations and solve daily logistical challenges.Engage external transport from approved suppliers, where necessary. Organise Cross Hires to minimise costs.Pricing of customer orders.Other duties as required to foster a team environment.The successful applicant will have: Experience in and a passion for Customer Service.Excellent data entry skills to ensuring accuracy of information.Time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.Good written and verbal communication skills (with fellow staff and customers).A well-presented manner and can-do attitude.Additional Information.
